We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee overall finance and accounting operations within the shipping and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics, with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The role involves managing financial operations, overseeing accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating audits, and maintaining effective financial processes to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial processes.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
Manage cash flow, banking operations, fund management, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely processing and collections.




Establish and monitor financial controls, accounting procedures, and internal compliance processes.
Monitor financial performance and provide relevant reports and insights to management.
Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and timely completion of accounting activities.

Key Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Mandatory experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations.
Hands-on experience in cash flow management, banking operations, and reconciliations.
Valuable understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, and audit processes.
Experience managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial controls.
Robust analytical, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage finance operations independently and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
