Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives including surveys, pulse checks, and action planning.

Coordinate internal employee engagement surveys and support improvement actions based on survey outcomes.

Manage digital employer review platforms such as Glassdoor and AmbitionBox and work on improvement initiatives.

Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and related HR communications.

Ensure employee confirmation processes are completed for both three-month and six-month reviews with proper documentation.

Coordinate issuance of confirmation, transfer, and promotion letters and ensure communication with payroll and stakeholders.

Implement and monitor employee engagement calendars and internal engagement programs.

Organize and support key employee engagement events such as Agappe Day and monthly employee connect activities.





Drive new employee engagement initiatives and improve overall employee facilitation practices.

Coordinate Rewards and Recognition programs including long service awards and internal recognition initiatives.

Conduct regular employee connect interactions (AG Voice) with leadership, international teams, and assigned employee groups.

Connect with current joiners and support their onboarding and early engagement experience.

Support PMS activities including mid-year and annual reviews for assigned business units.

Coordinate background verification clearance for recent employees in assigned zones.

Support full and final settlement processes in coordination with employees, managers, and HR process owners.
