Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for infrastructure and site development projects. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, performing site inspections, and monitoring construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with codes and standards. The role involves analyzing stormwater management requirements, preparing reports,



and providing technical solutions to address site drainage and sustainability needs. The Civil Engineer will also assist in cost estimation, scheduling, and documentation to support effective project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure, site development, or building projects.
Skills in project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and construction practices, particularly within Mumbai or similar urban environments.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform basic structural and hydraulic calculations, and prepare clear documentation.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and site personnel.
