We are hiring for Senior Purchase Executive for Manufacturing Industry

Experience: 8+ years

Salary: Upto 5.4 Lakhs per annum /Based on Experience
Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.
Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company requirements and procurement policies.
Analyze quotations, compare prices, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Develop effective procurement strategies to reduce purchasing costs and improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments, including production, stores, inventory,



accounts, and operations, to understand purchase requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material quality to ensure timely procurement.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, purchase orders, and other procurement documentation.
Handle supplier-related issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth procurement operations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.
Take independent ownership of purchase activities and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
