We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data efficiently to support business operations and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, exceptional proficiency in advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to build and maintain insightful dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting: Collect, compile, and manage large volumes of data efficiently from various sources to prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Dashboard & Sales Tracking: Design, update, and maintain dynamic dashboards and sales reports to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, variances, and insights that support management and the sales team in decision-making.
Data Quality & Maintenance: Ensure high standards of data accuracy,



consistency, and integrity across all reports and databases.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline reporting processes and resolve data-related discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Adv Excel and Google Sheets.
Hands-on expertise in Filters, Sorting, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.
Proven experience working with sales data and interactive dashboards.
Communication: Valuable written and verbal English communication skills for effective reporting and team coordination.
