Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Quantity Surveyor with solid knowledge of budgeting, quantity estimation, and cost management for construction projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling all quantity surveying activities, from estimation and budgeting to cost monitoring and bill verification, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for residential, commercial, and building projects.
Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and material requirements.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to calculate quantities accurately.
Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons for materials and labour.
Monitor project expenses and ensure costs are within approved budgets.
Verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills, and material invoices.
Prepare and review client bills, RA bills, and final bills.
Identify cost-saving prospects without compromising quality.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams.




Independently manage all Quantity Surveying activities and deliver assignments within stipulated timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Valuable knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
