Candidate Profile & Requisition Details
Designation: Assistant Manager – Direct & Indirect Tax
Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter
Experience: Minimum 7–8 years (mandatory background in EPC / Infrastructure / Construction sector)
Monthly TDS computation, payment working, and quarterly TDS return filings
Monthly/quarterly GST compliances, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
Preparation, compilation, and filing of annual returns (GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C)
Regular input tax credit (ITC) reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B vs. GSTR-3B vs. Books of Accounts)
Collating, verifying, and providing documentation/schedules for Tax Audits, GST Audits, and departmental litigation matters to external tax consultants
Hands-on expertise in direct and indirect taxation specific to construction/EPC contracts (e.g., works contracts GST rates, TDS on contractor payments u/s 194C/194J/194Q, GST-TDS)
In-depth practical knowledge of GST portals, TRACES, and income tax filing utilities
Advanced Excel skills for handling large-scale reconciliation data

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
