Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and drive a team of Insurance Managers.

Set clear goals and expectations while fostering a high-performance culture.

Ensure continuous learning and development of the team.

Business Development:

Achieve sales targets through effective management of Insurance Managers.

Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell strategies in the assigned geography.

Explore recent business prospects and market segments.

Channel Management:

Strengthen the Insurance Manager Channel by recruiting and retaining high-potential talent.

Improve productivity and efficiency through structured engagement and performance monitoring.

Customer Focus:

Ensure superior customer experience through responsive service and tailored solutions.

Resolve escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Process Compliance:





Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.

Monitor documentation, sales quality, and persist ency metrics.
