Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer complaints, billing issues, or technical queries efficiently.
Process Adherence: Strictly follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and data security guidelines.
Data Accuracy: Accurately update, log, and maintain customer interaction details and transaction histories in the CRM database.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
