Job Purpose:To ensure the smooth functioning of the spare parts department by managing inventory, coordinating parts requirements, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely availability of spare parts for service operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store spare parts properly.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory details.
Ensure timely availability of spare parts for service requirements.
Coordinate with the Service Department regarding parts requirements.
Prepare purchase requests for unavailable or low-stock items.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
Handle parts inward and outward entries in the DMS/software.
Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.




Follow up with suppliers and the warehouse for pending parts.
Identify and report damaged, excess, or obsolete stock.
Ensure proper documentation of all parts transactions.
Support service technicians and advisors in identifying the correct spare parts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.
Minimize stock shortages and ensure effective inventory management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
