Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of inside sales executives/representatives.
Conduct regular 1-on-1s, live call listening, objection-handling training, and performance reviews.
Run daily standups, pipeline reviews, and team huddles to maintain high energy and accountability.
Sales Execution & Target Management:
Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and conversion quotas.
Assign daily tasks, manage lead distribution, and optimize sales funnels from inbound/outbound generation to close.
Step in to handle high-value negotiations or escalated customer issues when needed.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze team metrics (e.g., call volume, talk time, email response rate, pipeline coverage, and close rates).
Maintain clean and accurate data tracking inside CRM platforms
Prepare regular forecasting and performance reports for the Inside Sales Manager or Sales Head.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
4+ years of total experience in B2C inside sales in EduTech.
1–2+ years of prior team-lead, mentoring, or supervisory experience in a sales setting.
