Key Responsibilities
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional performance.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and After-Sales teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Ensure compliance with Mahindra dealership standards and sales processes.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Candidates must have experience in the automobile industry.
Applicants from non-automobile industries will not be considered.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent business development capabilities.
Experience in an automobile dealership will be an added advantage.
