We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with robust expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Active Workspace (AWC), and LoadRunner to support enterprise-scale performance testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for Teamcenter settings under varying load conditions.
Mandatory Skills
6+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
Robust experience in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC).
Hands-on expertise in Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner.
Experience in Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, and Endurance Testing.
Ability to create and maintain complex AWC workflow scripts.
Experience in simulating high-concurrency and peak-load scenarios.
Strong understanding of performance benchmarking and KPI measurement.
Expertise in identifying application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
Experience in performance analysis and tuning recommendations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop LoadRunner scripts for Teamcenter and Active Workspace applications.
Create realistic user workload models and concurrency scenarios.
Execute performance, load, stress, and volume tests.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and database utilization.
Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
Prepare detailed performance test reports and benchmark analysis.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and PLM teams for issue resolution.
Support production readiness and release validation activities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and Active Workspace workflows.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or Grafana.
SQL performance tuning and database monitoring experience.
Experience in Performance Engineering and Capacity Planning.
