Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
Generate leads through calls, emails and online platforms.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals and client requirements.
Follow up on sales leads, pending offers and business prospects.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports and CRM records.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for client requirements and order processing.
Build robust relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers.
