Personal Banker Classic - Bagdehi, Hirakud,Kuchinda
Personal Banker Sales - Burla
Acquire recent customers and build the CASA, deposits and liabilities portfolio of the branch.
Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and quality service.
Identify customer requirements and cross-sell banking products such as deposits, insurance, investments, loans and cards.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue and portfolio targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Generate business through field sales, references, leads and local market activities.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance and adherence to the banks policies and processes.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and support the overall business growth of the branch.
