Gifting studio Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic individual to manage the day-to-day activities of our gifting studio, including product sourcing, gift curation, packaging, catalogue creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
Product Sourcing: Identify unique gifting products, find suppliers, compare prices, and arrange samples.
Gift Curation: Create attractive gift combinations and hampers based on customer budgets and occasions.
Catalogue & Photography: Photograph products and create digital catalogues and promotional designs using Canva.
Social Media: Manage Instagram posts, stories, reels, and WhatsApp Business catalogues.
Order Management: Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, supplier orders, and timely deliveries.
Packaging: Assemble gift hampers,



manage customised labels, and ensure quality presentation.
Inventory Management: Maintain records of samples, packaging materials, purchases, and orders.

Skills Required
Valuable creativity and aesthetic sense.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Interest in gifting, lifestyle products, packaging, and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Preferred: Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in gifting, retail, event management, merchandising, or social media.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys discovering beautiful products, creating attractive gift collections, and helping build a growing gifting brand.
