About the role
Development and optimisation of end-to-end Controls Frameworks as part of our "1 RACM" initiative across all key people processes, across in scope markets with a
particular focus on TBS
Supports controls, issue and audit remediation work, partnering with the 1st line teams to ensure this is completed timely
Managing stakeholders, content and presentation to senior stakeholders
Assesses SOD for People roles in our systems, ensuring access and conflicts are managed appropriately
Supports 1st line with External Reporting obligations including CSRD
Business Partnering with 3rd line teams in Internal and External Audit, and 2nd line teams such as Group Risk
Review and support the design and operational effectiveness testing of key and non-key controls by working with the testing team in India
Provide guidance to control performers/owners and other key stakeholders
Re-engineer procedures, policy, process, controls to mitigate risk




Work with the wider People R&C; team and transformation teams to ensure control requirements are built into recent system design

You will need
Relevant certification is preferred but not essential (ACA/ACCA/CIA etc)
Controls knowledge in Compliance, IT and Audit
Control Transformation
Finance awareness including ICFR
Enterprise controls and compliance
HR controls knowledge is desirable but not essential
Internal and External Audit
