Job Role - Pharmacist for CCQ

Team - Epharmacy

Location - Gurgaon

Experience: Minimum 2 years. Work Mode: Work from Office. Shift: Rotational Shifts. Week Off: Rotational Week Off.

Responsibilities
Review and accurately interpret prescriptions in accordance with established guidelines.
Identify and address prescription-related discrepancies or concerns.
Handle customer interactions over calls and provide appropriate resolution for prescription related queries.
Guide customers regarding prescription requirements, corrections, or additional information needed.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality while reviewing prescriptions.
Adhere to defined processes, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacist.



Excellent prescription reading and interpretation skills.
Solid knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and prescription requirements.
Ability to effectively resolve prescription-related customer concerns over calls.
Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive problem-solving abilities with robust attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a quick-paced environment.

Work Requirements
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Rotational week off as per the roster.
This is a work-from-office role.
