Eligibility
Willingness to travel extensively within Keralam and other states
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage effectively with communities, local stakeholders, and field partners
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Ability to communicate in Malayalam and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage)
Basic technical skills in electrical work, plumbing, and electronics related to water systems and field installations
Familiarity with ICT tools and software for data entry, reporting, and communication
