• Solid End-to-End Recruitment / Full Lifecycle Recruitment experience
• Talent Identification & Candidate Sourcing
• Active & Passive Candidate Sourcing
• Candidate Screening & Assessment
• Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Candidate engagement and recruitment operations
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage international hiring processes
• Candidates with Acting Team Lead / Team Lead experience along with Global Talent Acquisition exposure will be preferred
