Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Economics Teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12 as per the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should be able to explain economic concepts clearly, prepare students for examinations, and support their overall academic development.

Roles and Responsibilities
Teach Microeconomics and Macroeconomics according to the CBSE syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
Explain economic concepts using straightforward examples and practical applications.
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and revision sessions.
Evaluate answer sheets, maintain student performance records, and provide feedback.
Help students prepare for CBSE board examinations.
Identify students who need additional support and provide remedial classes.
Monitor students academic progress, attendance, and classroom discipline.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings,



and school activities.
Complete academic records and other responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Educational Qualifications
M.A. in Economics is preferred.
B.Ed. is preferred.
Candidates with a relevant postgraduate degree and strong subject knowledge may apply.

Skills Required
Robust knowledge of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain concepts in easy and understandable language.
Lesson planning, assessment, and student mentoring skills.
Commitment to student learning and academic improvement.

Experience
Experienced CBSE teachers are preferred.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
