Role & responsibilities

We are a US-headquartered healthcare company with 300+ employees across India, expanding our Guntur team. We are hiring Customer Service Executives for US Healthcare Multinational BPO (Voice & Chat).
Handle inbound, outbound calls and chats.
Resolve queries accurately and escalate when needed
Meet quality and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile
Any graduate (mandatory)
0[6] years of experience; BPO, call centre or chat support experience preferred, and freshers with robust English are welcome
Excellent spoken and written English with transparent pronunciation and a neutral accent. This is non-negotiable.
Strong grammar and spelling, typing speed for chat support
Candidates from Guntur, Vijayawada and nearby areas preferred
Interview process: HR round Versant/English assessment Operations round

Salary: 3- 4.5 Lakh per year, based on experience and skills
