Perform microbial culture, bacterial isolation, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
Assist with DNA extraction and PCR-based detection of antimicrobial resistance genes.
Follow appropriate sample handling, laboratory safety, and biosafety procedures.
Maintain field and laboratory records and assist with data analysis and technical reporting.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate research activities.
Assist with data entry, preliminary analysis, literature review, and preparation of technical reports and research outputs.
