Key responsibilities
Define PMO standards, templates, governance cadence and reporting packs.
Consolidate plans, RAID, decisions, financials, workforce and delivery metrics.
Ensure action, dependency, change and document-control discipline.
Support SteerCo , QBR, Program and tower governance forums.
Maintain a single source of truth for plans, approvals and evidence.
Experience and capability requirements
10+ years in PMO or Program governance for large engagements.
Healthcare Experience is mandatory
Robust executive reporting, planning and analytical skills.
Experience with financial, resource and risk reporting.
Advanced proficiency in collaboration and Program -management tools.
