We are looking for energetic, graduate male candidates with 1+ years of BPO experience to join our Automobile customer service team. Youll handle 24*7 rotational shifts, delivering excellent service in English & Hindi to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound & outbound customer s related to automobile services.
Provide accurate information & resolve queries efficiently.
Maintain high quality service standards
Work in rotational shifts (24*7)

Desired Profile:
Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a BPO customer service role.
Language:



Excellent spoken English & Hindi.
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Ability to handle rotational shifts with a positive attitude.
Shift allowances for 24*7 rotational shifts.
