Rotational Shift - work From Office

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up and collections.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and collection status.
