Role & responsibilities

Business Development Manager for our die casting manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring current customers, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales and business growth targets for aluminium die-cast components.

Fluency in English & should study in an English-medium school.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
1015 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the die casting, automotive components, or precision engineering industry.
Experience in developing business for aluminium pressure die-cast components is highly preferred.
Established contacts with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, industrial equipment manufacturers, or other relevant customers will be an advantage.




Valuable understanding of die casting processes, machining operations, tooling, and component manufacturing.
Ability to interpret customer drawings and understand technical requirements for feasibility and costing discussions.
Experience in handling RFQs, quotations, commercial negotiations, customer acquisition, and order conversion.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing recent customer accounts.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales plans, and manage the complete business development cycle.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, business meetings, exhibitions, and market development activities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
