Key Responsibilities
Attending electrical and automation breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly to minimize production loss.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, RIO, HMI, SCADA, industrial communication networks, interlocks, and automation logic.
Maintenance of AC/DC drives, VFDs, motors, encoders, feedback devices, and motor control systems.
Upkeep of MCC, PCC, power distribution systems, breakers, relays, contactors, DBs, and control panels.
Maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as proximity sensors, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, level sensors, control valves, and actuators.




Performing shift rounds and condition monitoring to identify abnormalities before failures occur.
Coordinating with production and mechanical teams during breakdowns and shutdowns.
Ensuring compliance with electrical safety practices and proper shift handovers.
