Order Tracking & Daily Coordination - Maintain detailed trackers for all active orders, coordinate daily with production, purchase, QC, and planning teams Material & Job Card Readiness
Follow up with purchase and stores for material status; ensure job cards are ready before production starts Production Progress Monitoring - Track progress at each stage (optics, coatings, SPDT, assembly); identify bottlenecks and escalating delays Documentation Support
