Role Summary:-

Join a rapid-growing global BPO and be the voice for top US/UK clients. You'll handle customer queries, sales, or collections and get global exposure + quick growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound s with US/UK customers
Resolve queries, provide solutions.
Maintain 100% quality,
Work on CRM tools and update customer data accurately

What You Need
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Education: 12th Graduate Any stream
Languages: Excellent English communication. Neutral accent preferred
Skills: Confident speaker, valuable listening, target-oriented, flexible for shifts
Shifts: US Shifts + UK Shifts available
*Week Off: Choose 5 days OR 6 days working as per process
