Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for payment collection and follow-ups.
Communicate payment details and outstanding dues clearly to customers.
Negotiate with customers and encourage timely payment.
Handle customer queries and collection-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure timely collections.
Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
Adhere to company policies and collection process guidelines.
