Scientist position to work on R&D; of thin film coatings for optical, electronic and opto-electronic coatings New Product Development Bench-marking and improvement and interface with the production team Process recipe development and interface with the production line

Development and optimization of current thin film deposition products Process development o thin film deposition equipment based on internal R&D; and customer needs Hands on working on thin film deposition equipment Characterization of coatings and analysis of data Data collection, report generation and periodic presentations

Creating daily plans, tracking and ensuring resource allocation/availability Daily updates to all stakeholders Standardize the established process for production Work out strategies for continual process improvements Attend conferences, workshops, and symposiums to update technical knowledge Preference with be given for candidates with prior experience in vacuum systems and coatings

Physics/Materials Science/ Nanotechnology/ Photonics Courses Domain Knowledge and hands-on experience in vacuum science and thin film depositions Valuable interpersonal skills Project
