Job Description:
Provide support to client employees across different countries through calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve issues related to business applications, software, and basic hardware.
Create and update support tickets and escalate issues when required.
Provide timely solutions and maintain good customer service.
Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and internet connectivity issues.
Use MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Maintain positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Be versatile to work in rotational shifts.

Required Skills:
