Project Initiation:

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

Work with project managers to develop accurate project budgets.

Allocate resources effectively, considering both human and financial resources.
Project Monitoring and Control:

Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.

Regularly review project progress against established plans and make adjustments as necessary.
Reporting:





Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status, key metrics, and performance indicators.

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
