We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Head to drive online business growth and profitability across marketplaces, brand websites, and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage online sales, revenue targets, channel strategy, and profitability.
Handle marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, brand websites, and quick-commerce platforms.
Drive product listings, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
Develop strategies to improve sales, conversions, customer acquisition, and advertising ROI.
Manage inventory availability, order fulfilment, and marketplace relationships.
Lead the e-commerce team and coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and warehouse teams.
Track sales performance,



margins, inventory, and channel-wise KPIs to achieve business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:
8to12 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, D2C, or consumer product categories preferred.
Hands-on experience managing major marketplaces and preferably quick-commerce platforms.
Solid understanding of channel P&L;, profitability, digital merchandising, and performance marketing.
Robust analytical, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
