CTC: Up to 25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our Logistics Brokerage Team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day logistics brokerage and freight operations.
Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and customers to arrange transportation.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers to secure profitable loads.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate new business.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
Monitor shipments and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth pickup and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, customer information, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to customers.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers are also welcome to apply if they have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, sales, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Target-oriented and motivated to earn through performance-based incentives.
Compensation
CTC: Up to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
Additional incentives based on sales/performance.
No fixed limit on performance-based incentives for high achievers.
