Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain configuration items, records, and documentation.
Implement and monitor Configuration Management processes and standards.
Track changes, versions, baselines, and configuration updates.
Conduct regular configuration audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with IT, development, and project teams for change management.
Maintain configuration databases and prepare regular reports.
Ensure proper documentation and control of all configuration changes.

Requirements
Experience in Configuration Management or IT Service Management.
Knowledge of change management, version control, and configuration processes.
Valuable analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Education: Any Graduate
