Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients (primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with E-commerce sellers and businesses via calls, emails and virtual meetings to understand their digital needs and offer tailored solutions.
Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions.




Educate clients on the perks of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and revenue.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.

Robust problem solving ability and client-first attitude.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
