Key Responsibilities
Monitor and execute real-time index calculations for Equity and Fixed Income indices.
Investigate data discrepancies and calculation anomalies.
Manage index calculation, validation, and timely publication within SLA timelines.
Handle corporate actions and maintain index constituent data.
Validate market, pricing, and reference data.
Prepare and publish index notices for index changes/events.
Execute index rebalancing and reconstitution activities.
Conduct company research for index portfolio reviews.
Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Support onboarding of recent indices, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

2+ years of experience in:
Index Operations
Index Administration




Index Data Operations

Solid knowledge of:
Index Methodologies
Corporate Actions
Financial Market Data
Equity & Fixed Income Markets

Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
SQL (Preferred)
Python (Preferred)
Automation Tools (Preferred)

Data Vendors Exposure:
Refinitiv
FactSet
S&P; Capital IQ (CapIQ)

Other Requirements:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience handling large datasets
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Open to permanent night shifts
