Develop HoReCa sales across hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, cloud kitchens and institutional kitchens.
Identify and acquire recent customers, build solid relationships with chefs, purchase managers and business owners.
Generate sales of ketchup, sauces, puree and related products.
Conduct product demonstrations, sampling and chef trials to convert prospects into regular customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets, customer acquisition targets and repeat-order targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on customer payments.
Develop the territory through market visits, customer mapping and competitor analysis.
Maintain customer databases, daily visit reports, sales forecasts and collection records.
Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Provide guidance and support to Sales Officers and other subordinates.
