HR Recruiter - Digital Marketing Agency

Responsibilities
Managing the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and finding suitable talent.
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work workplace.
Mediating disputes and implementing conflict resolution strategies.

Requirements




Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
Extensive experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Track record of closing positions within a month
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
