Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate current business leads through market research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business goals

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
0 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets (for experienced candidates)
Confidence in client-facing interactions, pitching, and presentations
