Role & responsibilities
Supervise HVAC installation, including ducting, piping, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems.
Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and material requirements.
Ensure installation quality as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and QA/QC teams.
Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and inspection reports.
Coordinate testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in HVAC installation, site execution, and project coordination.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, AHUs, and chillers.
