Role & responsibilities
Receiving the patient and ushering him to the respective counters
Receive patient, visitors and greet, listen to their request and answer. Handle incoming calls, coordinate the referral process
Enquire with patient is his first visit or earlier he got registered.
If recent, ensure that patient / pt. attendants fills the Registration form with correct details and register on line otherwise collect the old card and see validity and advise accordingly.
Maintain updated information on all activities of the hospital
Consultant availability
Tariff
Events of the hospital
Service availability and unavailability
Counselling patients and solving any issues for patients
Ensure that all fields in the registration module are completed.
Maintain the profile of the hospital.
Maintain the list of consultants on duty,



to be contacted in emergency.
Maintain all flyers/pamphlets of the hospital.
Maintain complaint, feedback & VIP visitors Registers.
Maintain information during workshops, seminars, conferences, employee training programs department meeting, and regular academic programs.

Other Responsibilities:
Ensure proper coordination within the department and inter departmental
Report all the incidents to reporting HOD & QA dept.
Attend training and development programs
Attends meetings
Maintains discipline and punctuality
Performs other related duties
Reports all relevant issues

Other assignments at the discretion of HOD
