Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including labour laws, social security contributions, and other relevant requirements.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work workplace.
Coordinate meetings with employees at all levels to gather feedback and provide updates on company initiatives.
