We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive for our client. You'll find, screen, and hire the right people for different roles, and make sure every candidate has a great experience. If you enjoy talking to people and the fast pace of recruitment, we'd like to meet you.

Role & responsibilities
Understand hiring needs from managers and plan how to find the right candidates
Find candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
Screen resumes and take initial HR calls
Schedule interviews and keep candidates and managers updated
Follow up with candidates, share offers, and help them join smoothly
Keep hiring trackers and candidate data up to date
Build a pool of valuable candidates for future openings

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable knowledge of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn
Clear communication and positive negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines
A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Freshers with internship experience are welcome
