Identify and onboard bulk e-waste generators (corporates, OEMs, institutions, government bodies) for collection and recycling tie-ups.
Drive sales of recovered commodities (plastic, copper, ferrous and other recyclables) to industrial buyers.
Sell Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance and recycling services to producers and importers.
Build and manage a sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Develop long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business and account growth.
Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the e-waste/recycling sector.
