Roles and Responsibility
Handle non-delivery reports and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
Make telecalls to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and vendors.
Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or shipping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
