TrendZila is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Explain company products, offers, and services to customers.
Maintain customer databases and daily call records.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
