Salary: 21K in Hand Plus 7k incentive
Working Days: 5 Days Working. Night Shift

Eligibility
Graduates: Freshers can apply.
HSC: Minimum 6 months of experience required.
Excellent English communication skills spoken & written.
Comfortable working in an international voice process.
Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and maintain service quality.
Maintain explicit communication, tone, and clarity.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Work in rotational/night shifts.
